Well 1st of all rock star seems a very confused company name I give you missiles and grenades and stuff you miss aisles and grenades and stuff and other players and then you do that and you get a bad sport for doing that a sport for doing that what the h*** is that about rock star and about rock star and also your servers are absolutely horrendous if you're not going to make a better connection than that connection then that well you should be shut down Along with those other horrible people called Microsoft.

OMG what the f. Fix your bugged out games it's sooo fricken sh## you don't even have pride for your games, your games are bugged out to the worst I've ever seen. GTA was an awesome game until I played it with rockstar. Rock bottom sh## is what you have created. Up your ass with your sh##

Everytime i did the Cayo Perico heist with my friend he gave me 85% and i got $0 everytime. We tried it multiple times and i got $0 everytime.

Making great games, earning tons of money, having THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/APPS currently on the market. This is ridiculous.

Their customer service sucks. Trouble with Grand Theft Auto 5 no longer downloads. They offer a few troubleshooting steps. Those don't work and they basically tell you...tough luck. After paying an arm and leg for their crap

A brick wall gives a better response than rockstars support team, accidentally bought the wrong vehicle costing me over 3 million and the response I got was they don’t give refunds? Yet they’ll happily give you money when you say you never got your shark card

Rockstar game company are a joke and horrible customer service. They ignore our problems and too lazy & stubborn to fix the servers, think it's on our end, so wrong how they accuse us. It's Rockstar end, while our internet is good. We also have proof and took screenshots too!

Auto update, lost me hours and hours of rdr2 game play. I quit !

Well rockstar you are a disgrace absolutely disgusting servers first of we don't have a customer service is that people can actually get hold of you and complain because you know that you will get shelter that every day for poorest service your games are rubbish

Money hungry company it's honestly sad they are exploiting nostalgia and good memories for money. All they want is more money. These games used to be fun and you could enjoy the user experience and earn in game money easily. Now you are forced to pay real money to afford 1 car. And GTA actively bans people making money for glitching but won't make a game where progress is actually possible without years of grinding l. An account I've had for 10years is now gone. For a glitch they left in the game. The fun part about any game is exploring fun glitches. This game has completely went from giving gamers a good time to literally only money. Just goes to show a good example of what happens to things when too much money is involved. People become selfish and greedy. The simple solution to my problem is to not waste time on a rockstar game ever again.

Rockstar game launcher is really stupid i have a lot of free space in my hard Drive but i still can't download the launcher. I have had enough with your stupid launcher all i want is to play red dead redemption 2 in peace

This game is amazing but you guys need to add more old cars for us older car type of guys like a 1960s Chevrolet pick up truck or 1940s semi Truck or something like those cars it would be a lot of help for a lot of the older car guys

Did you not want to release GTA 6 and it is delaying things it's kind of disgusting the way the tree in the fans or they care about is money and it is make enough play GTA 5 when the games 13 years old it's so disgraceful and they shouldn't be happening

Supporters of Rockstar Games are literally useless. I made a support request, but there was no response for 8 days, and when I checked now, it was confirmed that my request had been withdrawn. What's even more upsetting is that even the withdrawal was carried out without any notice. A company that is ruined because of its employees. The reason the employee is on the customer support team rather than the development team may be because of his low intelligence and lack of social skills.
