Not gonna lie, Rockstar still makes some really fun games, and the site works fine most of the time. I mostly use it for GTA stuff and managing my account, but logging in can be a pain here and there. I had to contact support once, and it took longer than I expected. The replies were okay, but felt generic. Overall, it’s not bad, just kind of average for me.

I was trying to grab GTA V while it was on sale, but the checkout kept sending me back to the payment page again and again. My card was definitely fine, so that wasn't it, but after loading forever the site would just throw some random error at me. Support wasn't much help either, they basically told me to try another browser and that was it. Like 40 minutes I wasted on this, and in the end I still didn't even get the game. Bad store experience, honestly.

"Helpful Support and a Smooth Fix"
I had a problem logging into my account and expected it to take forever, but Rockstar support got back to me faster than I thought they would. It did take a couple of messages to get everything sorted out, but they were polite and actually helpful the whole time. It wasn’t perfect, but overall it was a good experience. I’d probably tell a friend to reach out to them if they ran into the same issue...

I accidentally bought the wrong version of a game and ended up asking for a refund. It wasn’t super quick, and I did have to wait a couple days between replies, but support did get back to me and the refund went through without any real issues. A little slower than I would’ve liked, but these things happen. Overall, they handled it fairly enough. 4 stars.

I bought a game from rockstargames.com and, the payment went through fine. The email receipt came in after a few minutes, not right away, but I guess that’s normal? The billing info looked clear enough to me, and I didn’t notice any weird extra charges or anything. The only thing was the checkout felt kind of slow, though maybe I was just being impatient. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Multiplayer keeps kicking me out"
I really want to like playing with friends, but the multiplayer is just way too unstable. I keep getting kicked out of sessions or stuck on loading screens forever, and my friends are dealing with the same thing too. It’s super frustrating when you just want to hop on and play for a bit. On top of that, the reminders/notifications feel really aggressive, which makes it even more annoying when the actual game won’t let us stay connected.

I really do enjoy the games, especially when I’m playing with friends, but the in-game economy has gotten so annoying. Everything feels way too expensive, and the payouts are so low unless you grind forever or spend money on currency. It takes a lot of the fun out of it. The balance right now is just ridiculous and could definitely be improved...

Got some weird login alerts out of nowhere. Not fun. Recovery took way too long. Support didn’t really help much either. I ended up changing everything myself. Passwords. Settings. All of it. expected better from a big gaming site

"Barely Any Bugs on My End"
I’ve been using Rockstar Games quite a bit lately, it’s been smooth for me. Like, smooth smooth compared to what I expected.

I really haven’t run into many bugs or weird glitches at all. Maybe a page loads a little slow here and there, but nothing major, nothing that makes me want to give up or stop what I’m doing.

For such a big site with so much going on, I’m impressed. It’s easy to use, it doesn’t feel super buggy, and yeah, I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

I used to enjoy playing online, but lately it feels like cheaters and modders are everywhere and basically running the show. Rockstar really doesn’t seem to be doing enough to fix it, so most sessions just end up being frustrating instead of fun. On top of that, the terms keep changing, which makes it even more annoying because it feels like the rules are always shifting while the actual problems stay the same...

I went in expecting Rockstar updates to be kind of hit or miss, but they’ve been better than I thought. Most of the patches actually fix the stuff they’re supposed to, and I’m not usually stuck waiting forever for annoying bugs to get handled. Not every update is perfect, sure, but the games do feel more stable afterward. The download sizes can be a little ridiculous sometimes, which is probably my main gripe, but overall the quality has been there. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

"Looks cool, but it’s annoying to use"
The Rockstar site definitely has the look and attitude you’d expect, but actually using it can be frustrating. Pages load slowly for me, and I’ve had to click around way too much just to find basic things like support or game info. The login process is also kind of flaky, one time it kicked me back and I had to start over. And when something goes wrong, the canned apology messages don’t really help. They just make it feel like nobody’s actually paying attention. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but for a company this big, it really should feel smoother.

"Good-looking game, but I expected a little more"
The game looks really nice overall, especially the city details and the cars. Compared to some other games I’ve played recently, though, I did notice the textures acting a bit weird sometimes, and a few of the faces looked kind of dated. It’s still solid visually, but I was expecting it to look a little more polished.
